After Mefisto death I was searching next mastino. I wanted him as soon as possible, that we would get over loss more easily. Somebody were selling adult three years old male, that he lived in kennel in Ljubljana provisionally at that time. So is to house come to mastino with already formed personality. He had more bad like of good experiences.Concerning his past. We accepted him already he was enormously dominant and suspicious dog. Step behind step were gaining his trust, when he hinted to us with growling, he didn't want to make, we left him alone simply and didn't make into him. He started to trust us gradually. He had many common points with Mefisto; excellent, faithful guard, lover of puppies and remaining house animals. He hated foreign dogs and animal, he was tolerant to foreign people and children. He went through part of his life with yard at parents in house, second part of life with me in appartment in Ljubljana. We had daily walks between crowd of people without larger problems.(Nataša)

She was come in our house at  4 years old, 10 months after Konan. Former owner was selling her, because she couldn't  have pups.At that time were having at home alongside Konan at house also female newfoundland. We were afraid, how will accept each other. There were no problems, Afra is new vitally environment and they accepted us in an instant. She was tolerating visitors for force, however we had her under control all time. She managed to bite her former owner right hypocritically, when she came to us on visit. She accessed her slowly, they sniffed her, bit into hand and left for their sofa peacefully back. Problems with her behaviour were appointed otherwise in house, because she lived in kennel before. Next year Konan and Afra surprised us with puppies "from love". So are random become breeder of neos. Afra was careful mother, first some days her is can helped only my mother, she didn't leave others close. Afterward is much submission at education of pups played daddy Konan and "aunt" newfoundland female. In time of litter was Afra become larger guard (before is this submission left to Konan), so that we had to close her before all visits. She went by Konan behaviour in majority of situations, so that we didn't manage to uncover her personality. She was live only a one year in our house, because someone poisoned her, when her pups still didn't supplement two months of age.(Nataša)

Son of Konan and Afra, my lovely pet.He went through all his life with me in appartment in Ljubljana, slept in bedroom, walked with me everywhere , on holidays, in pubs, on visits to my parents and their dog families. He liked people, he barely tolerated children, in spite of this, that them is every day videval around blocks. He felt good in society of adults of people. He thought several times wrongly in life, that danger is threatening with me and he jumped at to unsuspecting person. He was accepting remaining dogs, if they subordinated to him. He was accepting visits, however he was protecting me from them all time, ready was also of hour and of hour to lie beside me and to supervise occurring. He was protecting also his dwelling, if you left visit and left for neighbouring room, people might not not even to move, he was threatening growling and ugly view with them. To friends, that he saw them often, he trusted wholes. Known is to be also very insulted, if he thought, that injustice happened to him. Sometimes me didn't look any more hours. For me was almost perfect; excellent, prudent guard, completely handed over to master, tender to in-country, suspicious and pay attention to foreigners!(Nataša)

He was my first mastino. he charmed me so with his appearance like as with his reactions in different situations.(Peter)

Sister of Bimbo, lived in house with yard with Konan and newfoundlend female. A lot character traits gained of odes Konan. With growing is more and more showed her aggressiveness to other bitches. She fought newfoundland many times, as long as her only this is not completely subordinated. She was admitting us for her absolute masters and us was completely yielded. Visits are was arranging round principle me is like - I don't like him, he remitted which with frozen pose and motionless gaping to visitor. She only was waiting, that also visitor would look at her to eyes (this is for her obviously talked threat!) and already bi her eyes got modrikast gloss, we would growl dingily and .... continuation occurred to fortune only twice in life and without consequences. Also to visits, that she liked them, she wasn't trustful, she checked them next to every repeated visit and they pursued them round yard. She hated children, which is also consequence of neighbour's children probably, that they were upsetting our dogs several times, them thrown stones, they were jumping off next to fence and were shrieking. She didn't prove as mother of her pups, our family finished majority, education she was happily left to grandfather Konan and newfoundland female. (Nataša)

Daughter of Ira,in beginning was lived partly with Bimbo and me in appartment, partly in house with yard with Konan, Ira and newfoundland. Such way of life looked suitable to me for better socialisation of bitch. She lived at us with Peter afterward. Much personality characteristics took from Bimbo, something  also from others members mastino family. She was extra ordinarily protector to her people and extra ordinary guard trusted her possession. Problem is only, that she took this protecting too indeed! Example: between conversation with neighbour, neighbour leaned on our car, Santa it grabbed for hand, visit brought with self rucksack, when he wanted to take out him next to departure, she grabbed visit for hand,... only this was positive, that is hand always alone brutally held, that is not never occurred of bite just only to weal. She dropped per order always. She didn't get along with foreign dogs, with Konan and Bimbo excellently, with Ira were having multiple struggle for domination, she subordinated poor newfoundland female already between growing. Smaller fights between bitches were occurring still always, we had also to intercede several times. She was accepting visits, however she supervised them from safe distance all time, she wasn't made enthusiastic about foreign stroking, us she was completely handed over. She didn't like her puppy, so that we had to grow her since first day.(Nataša)

Daughter OF sANTA, bitch, of like don't afford not even to worst enemy. She lived with us in house with yard together with her father Quarto, then with Mars. Only bad characteristics prevailed of parents; Distrust of Santa and immoderate instinct round protecting and father's (Quarto) shyness and cowardice. With growing are all listed characteristic more and more expressed. It is true, that was having in youth something bad experiences; mother bit her, grandmother bit her and dog on exhibition bit her. That is why he is afraid of dogs, he likes only small dogs. She was guard is house and yard, she was protected also his toys -  unfortunately, she was for them in condition to bite also own owners. He guards also place, on which sleeps, if you approach her at that time, warned these attacks of birches. When he decides, that will be stroking, dog in world is tenderest, however alone, when she wants to and as long as she wants to. She has extra ordinarily developed mimic of body and eyes fortunately and if only-this accompany, you can move away in time, because warned plans of absorbent cotton of birches otherwise. She is extra ordinarily guidable and obedient on walks. Last two years went at Nataša's parents.

We made all socialisation and mitigation of her impossible character practically, which was in our power. They were trying with different educational methods, read through majority of accessible literature concerning education, intelligences, to thinking of dogs, however without success. Inborn characteristics of former generations prevailed obviously at her, that them gained and educated didn't succeed enough to ease. That is why here finishes story concerning breeding in kennel Črna vrtnica. We are starting with new dogs, of clean old Italian lines, arrived from Naples. Kennel renamed in Carso del Dolar.(Peter)

Father of Beyba, bought unplanned, grown up at 3 years old. Owner, at which are with him mated Santa, he was selling him after time and we finished, that it is correctly, that Beyba gets to our home also own father. With Beyba is at once excellently get caught, Santa it accepted, however chief of house was those. Us is at once completely subordinated and we only were waiting, this dog will show his real character sometimes. We supposed, that just floor is eating it. However he didn't change his character of life to the end; he subordinated to us (next to every louder order is humble bent down), he subordinated to all dogs on walks (several times are him dogs also attacked and we had to save him, because didn't know to ask for oneself), also on common walks with daughter Beyba, he wasn't defending her. He shammed and was waiting, was waiting,..... dog was completely trustful, also to foreigners. Word "protecting" was for him perfect unknown. We asked self question many times: "is this  mastino?" He had character sales mastino, that are him can buys perfect beginner in cinology... And this owner can explain happily around after, what kind of tender thing is mastino. However this for us wasn't Mastino; mastino must to be guard and he must keep in mind, that he is He! Well, in any way, accepted are him like her just was, they admired his beauty (indeed was too magnificent!) and respected his priceless humility and kindness. How was he looking at us??!! He glowed devotion, love and respect incessantly from his almond black eyes.(Peter)

Male in tawny colour, arrived from kennel del Malapensiero from Naples. Nataša was wishing tawny already from 1994, when she saw such colour of neo for the first time on exhibition in Switzerland. Beside colour are self wished for also character mostly primary mastino. His purchase wasn't random, neos from Mr. Ciro were accompanying already something years, also owner realized already something years before. We call him with nick name Chief, which says all; dog is dominant, with high threshold of titillating, however someone gets him from track, it is almost impossible to curb him. His pedigree name is Romeo; also with him can identifies in relation to us and of friends, so bipedal like dog. Guard is excellent, so us like own pups and of own theritory. He is accepting visits with largest possible enthusiasm and them also completely trusts. He considers one person for master, above all Nataša, partly also me. he hints to others evidently, that masters aren't his. He isn't accepting mass events best, time becomes aggressive across, we deduce, that simply becomes confused, because he doesn't know, before who us let protects. he is made enthusiastic about long walks in nature, dog is full of energy and personality such like were wishing!(Peter)

Mars is next to observation of schooling of Argentina showed, that also he still isn't too old for teaching, that is why he joined with his daughter. Mars in dog school and he was 3.12.2005 successfully finished examination B-BH for dog companion with test of behaviour in urban environment. With 97 points from possible 100.

Mother of first puppies enrolled under kennel Carso del Dolar, arrived from the same kennel from Naples as Mars. She was put to co-ownership already as puppy, we could spare present owners co-ownership round first pups. We can't comment character, because she never lived at us.(Peter)

Doggy from combination Ch. Mars x Hera, still in development, character very similar father; dominant bitch, that he subordinates to only his father and us.Intelligent and educate. Working trials: finished B-BH examination

Brother of Argenta, that he stayed at home random. To age  7 months is to Mars still in whole subordinated. We were putting him also on walks with friends, that dog no got of exaggerated feeling of affiliation alone one master and that be us in this way succeeded coexisting two males. ( In the past was having Nataša with two to males, Konan and Bimbo, large problems.) Unfortunately us this also here didn't succeed! Api is round own first year of age started to  be aware of, that also he is worth something. You already had growling conversations  with Mars, that they finished only with smaller scratches so far. We aren't leaving them alone without control  any more. (Peter)

Apson becomes all larger "face" and be obviously so character like visually surpassed all our previous mastino. Visually modern mastino with primary character real napoletano! Mastino, that he is realizing my ambitions. ( Nataša )

Api is 8.7.2006 successfully finished examination B-BH for dog companion with test of behaviour in urban environment. 

 7.11.06 he died from cancer in few days. We couldn't help him!. We hope, that he in rainbow bridge also in them driven away own "of ruffian" and lived so fully life like is from us. Our friend is his life identified with song James Dean "Castings Fast, Die Young".
